Put electricity in your name

Call Murray City Power at (801) 264-2626 to start service in your name.

Finish your move-in inspection

Walk through every room and note any scratches, stains or damage, with photos. Turn it in to the leasing office so you aren't charged for it when you move out.

Set up rent payments

Rent is due the 1st, no late fee through the 3rd. Paying from your bank account in BILT is free.

Test your key fobs

Try each fob on your door and the fitness center. Hold it to the reader for 3 seconds.

Send proof of renter's insurance

If your lease requires it, send your policy to the leasing office.

Register your car

Ask the leasing office about parking and give them your car's make, model and plate.

Update your mailing address

Forward your mail at usps.com/move, then update your bank, job and driver's license.

Add the building delivery code to your Amazon and store accounts, and get Parcel Pending.
