Trash and recycling
With valet trash, you put your bagged trash outside your door and WSI takes it to the dumpster for you. Use the valet trash can that came with your apartment.
Valet trashMonday to Friday
Put your can outside your door at 6pm, Monday to Friday. No pickup on Saturday or Sunday.
Bring the can back in before 9am the next day. A can left in the hallway outside these hours can mean a lease violation and a fine.
The bag must fit in the can with the lid closed, up to 25 lbs. Double-bag pet waste. No grocery or yard waste bags.
Never put out liquids, broken glass, sharp objects, or anything hazardous.
Cardboard
Flatten your boxes and leave them behind your valet trash can. Up to 10 boxes a day.
Not using valet trash? Leave flattened boxes next to the trash room in the garage. Never in the chute rooms or chutes.
Trash chutesany time
Floors 3 and up have a chute near the apartment ending in -18 (on the 3rd floor, by 318). There are no chutes on floors 1 and 2.
Bagged trash only. Boxes block the door and clog the chute for your neighbors.

Can out by your door at 6pm. Bring it back in before 9am.
There's no pickup on some holidays. The office will let you know ahead of time.
